## Getting Started

  <Accordion title="How do I create my first mockup?">
    Simply describe what you want in the chat (e.g., "vintage surf tee with palm trees") and our AI will generate professional mockups. You can also upload reference images for garments or designs.

  <Accordion title="What image formats are supported?">
    We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 1024x1024 for designs).

  <Accordion title="Can I upload my own garment photos?">
    Yes! Upload photos of blank garments and our AI will apply your designs to them. We also have a curated library of garment templates from popular brands.

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between Fast and Quality mode?">
    **Fast mode** (12 tokens) generates designs quickly for rapid iteration. **Quality mode** (45 tokens) produces higher-resolution outputs with more detail, ideal for final production.

## Billing & Tokens

  <Accordion title="How do tokens work?">
    Tokens are our billing currency. Fast generations cost 12 tokens, Quality generations cost 45 tokens. Your monthly allocation resets each billing cycle.

  <Accordion title="What happens when I run out of tokens?">
    You'll receive a warning email at 20% remaining and see a visual indicator in the sidebar. If you have a paid plan with overage billing enabled, you can continue generating (billed at your plan rate). Otherwise, you'll need to upgrade or purchase a token pack.

  <Accordion title="Do unused tokens roll over?">
    Pro and Studio plan tokens roll over to the next month (up to 2x your monthly allocation). Starter plan tokens don't roll over. Token pack purchases never expire.

  <Accordion title="Can I get a refund?">
    We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. Contact us at [support@garmint.app](mailto:support@garmint.app) for refund requests.

  <Accordion title="How do I change my plan?">
    Go to **Settings** in the sidebar, then click **Manage Subscription**. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing cycle for downgrades.

## Production & Orders

  <Accordion title="How do I send a design to production?">
    Click **Order** on any mockup in your Lookbook. Configure sizes, quantities, and shipping, then checkout via Stripe. We handle printing, quality checks, and shipping.

  <Accordion title="What print methods do you support?">
    We currently support Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for most designs. Screen printing is available for bulk orders (100+ units). Contact us for embroidery options.

  <Accordion title="How long does production take?">
    Standard production is 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Rush orders (1-2 days) are available for an additional fee.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do you ship internationally?">
    Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination (typically 5-14 business days for international orders).

  <Accordion title="Can I track my order?">
    Yes, you'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also view order status in the **Production** section of the app.

## Account & Privacy

  <Accordion title="Who owns the generated designs?">
    You retain full ownership of all designs you create with Garmint. We don't claim any rights to your creations and you're free to use them commercially.

  <Accordion title="How is my data protected?">
    We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) and security practices. Your designs are stored securely on encrypted servers and never shared without permission. See our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) for details.

  <Accordion title="Can I delete my account?">
    Yes, you can request account deletion by emailing [support@garmint.app](mailto:support@garmint.app). All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

  <Accordion title="How do I connect my Shopify store?">
    Go to **Settings** → **Integrations** → **Connect Shopify**. You'll be redirected to authorize the Garmint app in your Shopify admin. Once connected, your product catalog will sync automatically.

## Technical

  <Accordion title="What AI models do you use?">
    We use state-of-the-art diffusion models optimized for apparel design. Our pipeline includes specialized models for mockup generation, background removal, and upscaling.

    API access is coming soon for Pro and Studio plans. Join the [waitlist](mailto:api@garmint.app) to be notified when it launches.

  <Accordion title="What browsers are supported?">
    Garmint works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest 2 versions). Mobile browsers are supported but we recommend desktop for the full experience.
