Simply describe what you want in the chat (e.g., “vintage surf tee with palm trees”) and our AI will generate professional mockups. You can also upload reference images for garments or designs.

We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 1024x1024 for designs).

Yes! Upload photos of blank garments and our AI will apply your designs to them. We also have a curated library of garment templates from popular brands.

What's the difference between Fast and Quality mode?
Fast mode (12 tokens) generates designs quickly for rapid iteration. Quality mode (45 tokens) produces higher-resolution outputs with more detail, ideal for final production.

Tokens are our billing currency. Fast generations cost 12 tokens, Quality generations cost 45 tokens. Your monthly allocation resets each billing cycle.

You’ll receive a warning email at 20% remaining and see a visual indicator in the sidebar. If you have a paid plan with overage billing enabled, you can continue generating (billed at your plan rate). Otherwise, you’ll need to upgrade or purchase a token pack.

Pro and Studio plan tokens roll over to the next month (up to 2x your monthly allocation). Starter plan tokens don’t roll over. Token pack purchases never expire.

How do I change my plan?

Go to Settings in the sidebar, then click Manage Subscription. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the end of your billing cycle for downgrades.

Click Order on any mockup in your Lookbook. Configure sizes, quantities, and shipping, then checkout via Stripe. We handle printing, quality checks, and shipping.

We currently support Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for most designs. Screen printing is available for bulk orders (100+ units). Contact us for embroidery options.

Standard production is 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Rush orders (1-2 days) are available for an additional fee.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination (typically 5-14 business days for international orders).

Yes, you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also view order status in the Production section of the app.

Who owns the generated designs?
You retain full ownership of all designs you create with Garmint. We don’t claim any rights to your creations and you’re free to use them commercially.
How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) and security practices. Your designs are stored securely on encrypted servers and never shared without permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes, you can request account deletion by emailing support@garmint.app. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
How do I connect my Shopify store?

Go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Shopify. You’ll be redirected to authorize the Garmint app in your Shopify admin. Once connected, your product catalog will sync automatically.

Garmint works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest 2 versions). Mobile browsers are supported but we recommend desktop for the full experience.
